Democracy in the 21st century

Arizona State University has a long history of leading educational and community outreach programs that teach learners at all levels about civic engagement and governance systems at the local and national level. 

As the U.S. faces new challenges regarding democracy, ASU is developing new initiatives addressing the democratic process and educate the next generation in the power of civic engagement and politics.

We are developing multiple touch points to engage the general public in bipartisan discussions on democracy in the 21st century. We strive to help citizens increase their knowledge and build awareness of ASU initiatives addressing current political challenges.
